I have spent the last 30 years massaging and I am passionate about my clients finding true peace and happiness within their sessions with me. I work with each client in a bespoke, holistic way listening to the needs of their mind and body, creating a unique essential oil blend for them to truly relax with massage, breathing techniques and hot poultices.
I trained as an Aromatherapist with the Tisserand Institute and have further qualifications in Pregnancy and Post Natal massage, Indian head massage, Aroma Hot Stone Massage, Aromatic Reflexology, Abdominal Sacral Massage Rejuvenating facelift massage and Reiki. I have worked at Lambton Place Health Club, Neal’s Yard and the Special Yoga Centre. I have a beautiful treatment room in my home in Queen’s Park and I also visit clients in their homes.

New – Wilder Botanics Body Treatment Experience
I am thrilled to be offering a bespoke herbal massage treatment using the Wilder Botanics range of medicinal herbs and remedies to ease and restore mind, body and spirit.
Leave the outside world behind when you enter my peaceful treatment room in Kensal Rise for a blissful 90 minute treatment. Firstly you will be given a flower essence in water to sip while we discuss the treatment your body needs. I will scrub your feet using the Sacred Wash infused with Palo Santo and Tulsi.
To ground your energy, I will then massage your body with the Goddess of Protection Body Oil which has extracts of Sencha Green Tea oil, protective Sea Buckthorn and notes of Bergamot and Vetiver.
I have been using myriad massage techniques for over 25 yrs and will work physically and energetically to treat blockages and tension as they are presented to me. This bespoke treatment includes hot stones or hot poultices depending on how you are feeling on the day. I look forward to soothing you.

New – Wilder Botanics Rejuvenating Facelift Massage
I am excited to be offering a new facial using the Wilder Botanics Immortelle cleansing oil. As well as the healing and antibacterial Immortelle oil this blend has the infusions of arnica, amla and rose oils and manuka honey and fresh green mandarin oil. I start this treatment releasing the neck and shoulders with massage techniques and this is followed by the facelift massage which draws upon the eastern medicine systems of facial acupressure, holistic massage, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage techniques. I use cooling chamomile water to remove the cleansing oil and then the phyto radiance oil with green tea, prickly pear and blackcurrant seed oil. This oil is super high in protective antioxidants. The oils provide all day hydration.

aroma hot stone massage
Aroma Hot Stone Massage
The ancient massage technique using hot stones relaxes the body at it's deepest level and is effective in creating harmony and balances energy flow.
One stroke with a hot stone is equivlent to ten with a hand. As the heat from the stone penetrates into your deeper body tissues, your blood vessels open resulting in improved circulation. Poor circulation can lead to fatigue, which tenses the muscles resulting in a build up of fluid and lactic acid. Increased circulation delivers more oxygen to the muscles which can help ease aches and pains.
I suggest that you make sure you have plenty of time to relax after this treatment as it is deeply relaxing.
A 90 minute treatment is £130
bespoke holistic aromatherapy treatments
Your emotional and physical well being will be looked after through massage and a bespoke use of organic essential oils.
These treatments start with a cleansing foot scrub with the grounding ila himalayan blissful or energising and detoxifying salts
I use relaxing breathing techniques to help you let go in preparation for your treatment. The treatment is a full body massage including the scalp and finishes with the feet so that you always leave your session feeling grounded.
1 hr session for £100 or 1 ½ hrs for £130
Male clients are accepted by referral only.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy is a sacred time of grace for a woman, a time when her heart and soul is open, receptive and very sensitive. Pregnancy is also a time for receiving love and nurturing peace and stillness. Balance is essential for the developing baby to feel secure and happy. This is the focus of my pregnancy massage treatment.
The treatment starts with a foot scrub using a uniquely formulated pregnancy scrub of special blackcurrant seed, argan oil and honey that will ground and relax you. I will then put you in a very comfortable side lying position on the couch with lots of pillows for support. For the full body massage I use a blend of oils that have been created to nourish your skin safely. Herbal extracts known for their gentle healing energy, such as lavender, rose and geranium have been added to the base argan and rosehip oil. I also place warm poultices on healing points during the massage to strengthen and energise the Chakras.
The price for this 75 min treatment is £100
